Yeringberg is one of Australia's most distinguished vineyards with a history over 150 years old. This blend of white Rhône varieties such as Marsanne Rousanne comes from vines planted mostly in 1969. Cloudy Bay has produced a Sauvignon Blanc of vibrant intensity. The characteristically uplifting aromas of kaffir lime, lemon zest and nectarine, with the floral notes of orange blossom on the nose; A weighty texture of ripe citrus and stone fruit flavours balanced by a minerally-citrus acid backbone with a finish that is crisp and clean on the palate. The wine has elegant line and length; refined, fleshy yet focused and refreshing.

Deep Woods Estate Reserve Chardonnay gives aromas of fresh stone fruit and citrus blossom combining with warm straw, cedar spice and chipped oyster shell. The Palate displays pure and elegant stone fruit, lime zest and jasmine. A fine acid backbone combines with lees-derived texture to produce a wine of depth, and complexity with an underlying minerality.

Felton Road Block 2 Chardonnay comes from a special parcel in the Elms vineyard on a gentle east facing slope, schist gravel soils and Felton Road's oldest Chardonnay vines. With natural hands on winemaking, results in a wine that expresses a true sense of place.

Released with bottle age this is a wine which will still continue to evolve over many years the toasty lemony flavours becoming richer and more intense. A classic benchmark Hunter Semillon, it has earned its place in the Langtons Classification of Australian Wine.

Lark Hill have been the pioneers of this traditional Austrian variety. It was back in 2002 when Jancis Robinson visited the vineyards and stated that Lark Hill was the perfect place to grow Grüner Veltliner due to its overall terroir. With links to bio-dynaimc farming already being established, Chris Carpenter thought it was the obvious connection to begin making Grüner. Wonderfully fragrant with more than a hint of spice, Lark Hill's Grüner has a lovely textural component to it as well making it an ideal match white fish, shell fish and subtle charcuterie.

Flor de Cana Nicaraguan rum is the world's most-awarded rum brand. Nicaragua is the world's most volcanic country, so the sugar cane that grows there possesses rich flavours like no other. The rum is unlike any other in quality. Flor de Cana extra dry white 4 year old rum is the oldest white rum available. A very crisp and flavourful, filtered aged white rum with a subtle and attractive, barrel-aged character. Finishes with a long fade of dry sugar cane and toasty vanilla.

Only one litre of Soul is obtained from every 33 litres of fermented sugarcane that is processed. An un-aged non-charcoal-filtered cachaca that is stored in stainless steel vats. Pure and crystal clean, its a high grade cachaca with a distinctive bouquet.
