It has a full nose packed with dark coffee, candied orange, almonds, dark chocolate, pepper and rich vanilla.

Clement single cask Vintage rum was distilled solely using Blue sugar cane, currently one of the best varieties of cane on the market. This exceptional rum was slowly aged for 4 years and 5 months in American bourbon barrels before being selected by the cellar master.

Newcastles first, barrel aged rum. Made from fermented treacle, this rich but smooth rum has delicate aromas and a pleasant taste. Even at cask strength of 62% ABV it is smooth and enjoyable. Emperor Sherry Cask Finish is a blend of the best traditional and Agricole rums from the oldest Mauritian warehouses. Distilled in Charente stills and aged in French and American oak and sherry barrels. Natural amber in colour. Candied red fruit, sweet ripe figs, orange marmalade, rich sweet sherry flavour. Emperor Jubilee Cognac Cask Finish is a blend of traditional rums from distillation of fresh sugar cane and molasses. Batched in 400-litre old cellared Cognac casks. Deep gold in colour. Complex notes of ripe grapes, toasted almonds, tropical fruits, Bourbon vanilla. Cognac palate, finish of old leather and stewed fruit tending towards quince jelly. Gift Boxed.

This rum, from independant bottler La Maison Du Whisky, has been distilled in Australia and aged here for 2 years. It was then transported to Europe and finished for an additional 2 more years. A part of their Transcontinental Line, this rum has been distilled in a pot still and matured in ex-french oak. A testament to Aussie distilling, this rum is a full bodied delight and has lots of beautiful local aromas.

This rum is from 2016 harvest molasses that has been aged in 3 x 225 litre, uncharred shiraz casks. Consists of Cask Number 81,83 & 87. Bottled in April 2021 at 47.5% Alc it is a numbered release.
