John Riddoch (1827 - 1901) is the man responsible for putting Coonawarra on the map after establishing the Coonawarra Fruit Colony in 1891. Hidden Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon is rich and smooth with aromas of dark cherry and blackcurrant that are balanced by cedar oak notes. These flavours are carried through to the palate leaving long tannins and a generous finish.
