A fortuitous experiment with mastic gum led us to this surprising, enticing, fragrant gin. We use cold and pot distillation to harness pine notes of Greek mastic gum, paired with a bouquet of aromatic botanicals. This spritely gin leads with pine notes of Greek Mastic Gum and is beautifully aromatised by Juniper, Angelica Root, Rosemary, Bay Leaf and native Lemon Myrtle. Distilled in Melbourne. Brogans Royal Blood Gin is the savoury sensation that is her navy strength gin. Something a bit special, complex with a lingering cardamom heat, at 57.2% it has a bit of a kick. Herbal aromas and flavours from the rosemary and bay leaf are seasoned with Australian sea parsley, saltbush and roasted wattle seed giving plenty of good mouthfeel.
