Saint Felix Distillery Wild Forest Gin
A fortuitous experiment with mastic gum led us to this surprising, enticing, fragrant gin. We use cold and pot distillation to harness pine notes of Greek mastic gum, paired with a bouquet of aromatic botanicals. This spritely gin leads with pine notes of Greek Mastic Gum and is beautifully aromatised by Juniper, Angelica Root, Rosemary, Bay Leaf and native Lemon Myrtle. On the ancient Greek island of Chios, the celebrated Mastic Tree bestowed good fortune and prosperity on the people. Today, it’s flavour and spirit lives on in our Wild Forest Gin.
The Gospel Gospel Solera Australian Rye
Made using 100% Australian grown rye from a single farm in the Murray Mallee region of South Australia. The whiskey is aged in charred, new American oak barrels to embody the characteristics of traditional rye whiskey. Flavour notes: Sweet allspice, clove and pepper followed by dried red fruit and creme caramel.

20 20s East London Dry pays homage to our founders birth place and childhood home in East London,Forest Gatein the London Borough of Newham. Distilled using the finest botanicals: Macedonian Juniper, Coriander, Cassia, Angelica, Orris Root, Citrus, Cardamom and Sunshine Coast Macadamia shells.
Four Pillars Olive Gin
Four Pillars sourced olive leaf and olive oil from Cobram Estate, in northern Victoria after visiting Cobram Estate during olive harvest. Using olive leaf and oil from the Picual, Hojiblanca and Coratina varieties. The aroma, flavour and texture of fresh olive is stunning, and they did a year of trials before finalising the recipe for this gin.The botanicals include a big base of juniper with a savoury overlay of coriander seed, rosemary, olive leaf, olive oil, bay leaf, lemon myrtle, macadamia, orris root, and fresh lemon and grapefruit. Fresh ingredients were vapour infused while the others macerated in the pot. This gin is savoury, textural and bright. Perfect for any Martini Gibson, dirty, or dry with a twist. For a longer drink try it in a Spanish-inspired gin & tonic, with rosemary and lemon!
Kangaroo Island Spirits Mulberry Gin
A premium seasonal gin made in the style of English sloe gin, supplanting handpicked local Mulberries in the place of the traditional sloes. Local mulberries are steeped in the gin, then pressed by hand; final steps include light filtering before bottling. Naturally sweet, rich and smooth mulberry flavours distinguish this elegant gin. Served with fresh lemon juice, soda/bitter lemon and garnished with fresh berries, mint or basil.

Inspired by juicy South West Australian summer fruits and warm days in Margaret River, this gin is light and thirst-quenching with a soft sweetness on the palate. Quandong is an essential element to the unique flavour profile, and brings a dryness to the palate. Pronounced botanicals include: Quandong, Fig, Apple, Berries, Citrus.

Great Ocean Road Gin Guvvos
Guvvos is Great Ocean Road's signaure gin. It is juniper forward and bursting with citrus. Guvvos is a local surf beach located outside Anglesea where the kelp featured in the gin is foraged. There are 24 botanicals in the gin, nine local to the Great Ocean Road. These include coast daisy, salt bush, hop wattle, pigface, kelp, indigenous eucalypts and a local honey. It is a clean bright luscious citrus gin with savoury ocean notes from the coastal ingredients. It has crisp clean juniper well balanced with a lovely hint of honey on the back palate.
Great Ocean Road Gin Distillery Creek
This fresh bright contemporary dry gin features orange as its citrus base, giving a lovely orange aroma on the nose. Named after an illicit distillery in Aireys Inlet back in the late 1880's, this gin features four local botanicals - coast tea tree, riberries from the lillypilly tree, wild fennel and river mint. The local botanicals bring an earthiness and soft herbal finish, to complement the juniper and citrus.
