Chris Ringland Sealed Shiraz gives rich and intense flavours which resolve into jammy black fruits. It give a deep red-black colour with aromas of plum jam, milk chocolate and sweet vanilla ice cream infused custard cream.

However if you don't live in the Barossa, we suggest you drink it at your leisure. Full bodied and juicy, its another wonderful wine from this wonderful producer. The colour of gold struck through with green, this Riesling shows classic lime and mineral aromas with a touch of gooseberry. Rich and full-bodied, the citrus and tropical fruit flavours are underpinned by crisp acidity.

Displays classic Chardonnay characters of white peach, nectarine and fresh figs. The palate is fresh and vibrant with fruit flavours of citrus and white peach. Maturation in French oak provides subtle nutmeg and clove characters on the palate, while a clean slatey acid backbone provides length and structure to the wine. The wine is complex with no single character dominating the wine. The flavour of the wine persists long after it has left the mouth.

Pure joy in a bottle. The grey sands (blonde in colour) that run through this incredibly naturally low yielding vineyard contribute remarkable density and elegance. 2015 St Hugo Barossa Shiraz. The nose promises classic Barossa Shiraz, with a heady and a complex mix of dark fruits and spice mingling with toasted cedar aromas which unfold over time in the glass. Elegant fine tannins are felt across the palate and the subtle oak influence yields cedar and soft charry notes on the finish. This wine is beautifully balanced, with excellent structure and length typifying the St Hugo Heritage of power and elegance.

Though part of the Barossa, the Eden Valley is a slightly cooler climate than the neighbouring Barossa Valley, so generally produce Shiraz that is slightly more elegant in style. That said, the Eden Hall Shiraz is a wine that is not only rich, vibrant and full of life today, it will also hang in for the long haul.
