In the winery: Once settled, the clear juice was racked and inoculated with a selected white wine yeast and fermented at 12-15ºC for 15 days. In the glass: Very pale lemon green. Concentration doesn't even begin to describe this truly luxurious Barossa Shiraz. After which the wine has now begun to show off a wonderful array of warm spicy notes with that trademark mouthfilling soft tannin and gentle acidity.
