Their Cigar Malt Reserve is a wonderful blend of three different oak types of 10-15 year old whiskies. Excellent balance between sweetness from Bourbon barrel and its peat character with citrus character like orange and kumquat. Beautiful expression of tropical environment, full body leads sweet finish with hint of roasted nuts and biscuits or custard.

Matured in the traditional style in American Bourbon barrels, Ben Riach Dark Rum whisky is then finished in dark rum barrels, sourced from the Caribbean island of Jamaica. During this second period ofmaturation, the whisky derives many interesting characteristics specific to the Dark Rum barrel, RIPE STONE FRUIT infused with VANILLA, GINGERand TANGERINE PEEL. Bottled at natural colour and non chill filtered.

A superb 15 year old from the Highland Park distillery. The nose is a profusion of ripe floral notes and fresh blossom with a delectable fruit salad. Notes of honeyed exotic fruits with a little botrytis. The palate is creamy and full with fruit conserves and espresso. A creaminess with cinnamon and allspice. Notes of toffee with thick black forest honey with a touch more citrus. The finish is long and well sugared with a herbal edge.

Our Ex-pinot cask Single Malt Whisky is matured using 20L and 100L Barrels in our 1840s stable. A stunning caramel colour with brown sugar on the nose, a long finish and smooth palate. Enjoy neat or over ice.
