Each parcel was selectively picked and fermented in small open fermenters, then basket pressed to new and seasoned French oak. After 14 months the best barrels were selected to create the Estate Shiraz. This wine shows lovely rich, ripe, dark berry fruit on the palate with overtones of mocha, spice, black pepper and liquorice. Approachable in its youth this wine will happily age for 10+ years.
