Geometric is an unapologetically a bold juniper and coriander gin. Along with subtle Cape Malay style cinnamon, cardamom and clove lined with the earthy indigenous buchu and Cape snowbush.Botanicals are bound together with Cape brandy, a masterfully textured spirit which gives this gin its uniquely rich and round profile. Six Dogs Blue derives its name from the Blue Pea flower (Clitoria Ternatea), an antioxidant and aphrodisiac in traditional medicine. Delving further into the abundance of native treasures at the Australian National Botanic Gardens, Ad Crescendum var Flosferam Native Gin continues our collaboration with the gardens. This gin is quintessentially Australian, representative of our native flora and highlighting the importance of conservation at the gardens. The nose is crisp and piney. A soft, bright and herbaceous beginning, with delicate floral notes across the tongue. Slight umami. Leads to rich and sweet bush honey notes to finish.

Gin is created using limonene, one of the main compounds found in cannabis plants. The limonene adds an ultra-rich profile to the spirit, mingling alongside notes of juniper, mandarin and lime, and finishing with soft spice. Limonene is also found in citrus peel and is said to have anti-inflammatory properties which can be used to relieve stress and naturally decrease anxiety and depression.

D1 London Gin encapsulates quintessential British flavours and aromas, with Orange and Fruit Tea expressions around a confidently balanced Juniper backbone. The distillation in copper brings in fresh blackcurrant aromas that marry with the prominent nettle notes to deliver the smoothest and most versitale gin you will ever enjoy.

The aim with this Gin was to only use Tas native botanicals. I discovered some very impressive native berries, leaves and seeds however they could only be wild harvested which meant I could not get enough quantity to make it practical enough for an ongoing production. I have still been able to use some Tasmanian native botanicals however I have now broadened the list to only Australian native botanicals (plus the Juniper). Iam using 6 Native Australian botanicals with 3 of them never used before in any other Gin.All of my botanicals are vapour infused which is a technique not used too often with Australian Gins. Vapour infusion (as opposed to steeped) will give the Gin a much more delicate and subtle bouquet. My Gin is designed to smell beautiful. There will be delicate petal and citrus aromas with a hint of cut hay.
