Brothers at War Fist Fight Barossa Shiraz This wine is a blend of individual Shiraz parcels from vineyards throughout Barossa and Eden Valley. The fruit is mostly destemmed and crushed into one-tonne open-top fermenters with a small component of whole bunch. The fruit is kept cool for five days before being allowed to warm up naturally to start the fermentation process. After two weeks on skins and hand plunged daily, the wines are pressed to French oak hogsheads (20% new) to be raised for a year before bottling without fining or filtration.

Barossa born and bred, winemaker Daniel Chaffey Hartwig is the fifth generation of the Chaffey brothers' descendants to make wine in Australia. This progressive family winery showcases purity of fruit and minimal intervention winemaking while celebrating the sub-regional diversity of Barossa Shiraz. Comando G La Bruja de Rozas The La Bruja de Rozas is a Villages style wine. The name translates to the witch of Rozas. Superstitions and rumours abound in the area where near ever-present and eerie cloud cover that sits. The fruit is sourced from several vineyards around near the village of Rozas. And there is more than a hint of Villages Burgundy about the La Bruja. Expect dried cherries and herb notes on the nose and pinpoint signature Gredos/Comando G acidity.
