The palate shows wonderful flavour intensity, balance and minerality with a core of natural, cool climate acidity that will ensure that this wine develops in complexity over the next ten years with careful cellaring.

Bovin Riesling

The unmistakable fruity aroma of BOVIN Rhein Riesling is typical of the variety and has a distinctive green edge. The wines excellent nose, which is fresh and fruity, mixed with the scent of flowers goes beautifully with the subtle acids in the finish. The taste is fresh with peach and apricot tones. Best served chilled at 8-10°C with light meats and seafood.

Logan Weemala Riesling

The fruit for this Riesling was grown on a vineyard in the Orange region, which is situated 1000m above sea level. In the glass: Pale lemon straw.On the nose: Pure lime lift with a touch of honeysuckle. On the palate: Intense and pure with a zesty core of lemon and lime, a quinine-like mouth-feel and long crisp acidity on to the almost chalky finish. Retrained yet powerful.

Native to Australia's South West, the Cossack Spider-orchid is the common name for the endangered flora adorning the label.
