Gin MG is a classic cut gin (London Dry Gin) where the juniper takes centre stage, for this reason its cultivation, harvesting and sorting by hand is strictly controlled in our family estate in Teruel. Our Gin MG Strawberry, extracts its aromas of natural strawberry due to their maceration.

Our neutral grain spirits are also Italian. Even our cap and bottle are made in Italy. And we do not add any refined sugar or syrup, instead we naturally sweeten our liqueur with a natural brown sugar (cane sugar) in order to respect the Rosolio production process as it was back in the 15th Century. Blood Oranges are a prized variety in Sicily – and harvested in November – their rich red colour develops from the cool Mediterranean nights. The Blood Orange peels are steeped in alcohol and pressed in a basket press. The infusion is then blended with juniper and other botanicals before being distilled in a stainless steel vacuum still.
