BentSpoke Red Nut IPA
A Red IPA, with a resiny hop and caramel malt character, Red Nut features Fortnight, Mosaic, Citra, EKG, and Amarillo hops for a big hoppy punch on top of a strong, dark, malt base. At 7.0% ABV in 375ml cans, with BentSpoke's signature 360 degree lids, it needs to be treated with respect.
Feral Biggie Juice East Coast IPA
Day dreaming in a cloud of haze, this East Coast IPA is intentionally left cloudy, creating a creamy mouthfeel. Teaming with punchy tropical hop aromas, full of apricot, peaches and passionfruit. This is as notoriously juicy as it gets.
Akasha Brewing Company Hopsmith IPA
Hopsmith is a West Coast style IPA and all about the hops. Triple dry-hopped, the all American grown hop varieties are allowed to shine with citrus, pine, fruity notes and a nice dry, bitter finish.
Colonial Brewing Co Southwest Sour
Colonial Brewing Co. South West Sour is a warm weather seasonal brewed in Margaret River in Western Australias South West. Pale, Wheat and Munich malts build a light body with a hint of sweetness and is partially fermented with a natural acidifying bacteria in the brewhouse. Ale yeast completes the job in the fermentation tank, adding a little extra fruitiness to boot. Hops from both hemispheres provide a vibrant tropical aroma, but with low bitterness to keep this golden sour light and refreshing.
HIX Pilsener
A German Pilsener brewed using pilsener malt which produces subtle aromas and flavours of bread or crackers. The German hops provide the element of bitterness and floral flavours. That, combined with the high carbonation makes this beer a drink for all occasions.
HIX Brown
This English Brown ale, is a style made with chocolate & dark crystal malted barley used in its brewing. This results in luscious toffee & chocolate nut aromas with a soft lingering mouth feel.
HIX Summer
Straw in colour, this beer has a bready malt flavour, lifted passionfruit hop aromatics with a fresh and lively finish but with minimal bitterness.
HIX Pale Ale
The Hix Pale Ale is an American style pale ale, rich malt complexity is balanced using a blend of New World hops which lend aromas of stone fruits, citrus and lychee. Golden orange in colour with a soft sweetness earns this beer a cult following.
IronHouse Brewery Red Ella - Red Ale -
This is our take on the American Red Ale style. This little brew has been hopped with Tasmanian Ella Hops giving her a subtle yet moreish apricot & pine nose. A complex grain bill of 7 different malts have created a biscuity, earthy ale with an apricot/passionfruit hopped taste, with a nice undertone of bitterness. It's easy to fall for and impossible to have only one. Note; We originally used fresh hops from 2017's harvest in this brew. Picked less than 24hrs before we brewed with them, these little green buds of bitterness brought a fresh bite to the ale that had to be tasted to believed. It's fair to say we loved it so much we just had to keep making it, and it turns out, she is now one of our most popular brews.
