Predominately, our signle plot vineyard Pinot grape is used here with a touch of Chardonnay to bring a subtle nuance of flavours ripe for Australian summers. Grown & produced at our Ocean facing vineyard which rests under the watchful gaze of Paddy's Head nature reserve on Tasmania's pristine East Coast, the terroir of the region and natural amphitheatre are quintessential for growing our colder climate grapes which we find perfectly reflected here. Grown on the Bunnamagoo vineyards in Mudgee and held in French oak for nine months and stirred often to aid the final texture. The result is a wine that shows notes of grass and lemon with a complex hint of dough. The flavours continue on the textured palate with fine acidity and good length.
