His mission is to bring that to a wine that has distinctive character (and have fun while doing it) Blended in batches or cuvees using vintage and reserve wines, this small batch blending gives terrific consistency to each bottling and enables the introduction of fresher wines over time for ultimate drinkability and complexity.

Elgins Crossing remembers vigneron John Riddochs voyage aboard the sailing ship Lady Elgin in 1851. Riddoch became an influential figure, establishing the Coonawarra Fruit Colony.This buoyant Coonawarra Sparkling Shiraz is typified by ample blackberry, mulberry, dark chocolate aromas and flavours, seductive panforte, smooth velvety textures, savoury spice and fine persistent bubbles. Delicious as an aperitif or with food. Serve chilled.

Grown on the Bunnamagoo vineyards in Mudgee and held in French oak for nine months and stirred often to aid the final texture. The result is a wine that shows notes of grass and lemon with a complex hint of dough. The flavours continue on the textured palate with fine acidity and good length.

The nose shows complex savoury, earthy, bramble aromas with lifted American oak. The palate is medium bodied with bright red currant and hints of spice and blackberry.

Aromas of toasty brioche and delicate citrus subtly emerge from the fine beads. Full and crisp flavours of apples with lengthy creamy structure. Fine and subtle.

A beautiful French rosé in colour, the bouquet presents delicate notes of strawberries and red berries such asraspberries and fresh cherries. The palate dances nicely between fresh fruits, citrus characters and a lovely clean, crisp finish.
