Following the "Methode Ancestrale" the wine is bottled before the primary fermentation is finished, delivering a lower pressure, lightly sparkling wine in the petillant style. The wine is then finished without the addition of secondary yeasts or sugar.Its a lovely wine of subtle red berries aromas. Perfect as an aperitif or paired with ice cream or red fruit sorbet.
