Made In Cognac (France) Made using chipotle from Oaxaca. Chipotle peppers are smoked, dried jalapeno peppers. We first infuse the ingredients for two weeks in neutral alcohol, and then do a slow reduction by adding Fair Trade liquid sugar and demineralised water for a perfect balance.
