Trois Citrus is issued from the exploration by the Merlet family of a French traditional bitter orange liqueur, the Triple Sec. It’s creation involved some of the world’s best bartenders. The result of this collaboration is the alliance of maceration and distillation of bitter orange, lime and mandarin. Merlet Trois Citrus is a unique blend of complex aromas with a low sugar content. This makes it the perfect ingredient for classic cocktails such as the Margarita, the Cosmopolitan or the sidecar. A subtle marriage allying the maceration and distillation of oranges, lime, and mandarin.

Located in the Saintonge land (French area of the Charentes), the Merlet family selected it’s strawberries with contracted producers to create this liqueur. Merlet Crème de Fraise des Bois combines two complementary varieties, for their richness and complexity: Wild Strawberry and Mara. It is crafted through an artisanal method of fruits infused in neutral spirit, in order to genuinely deliver their aromas.

Amongst the different grades of cognac the VS quality is the youngest which can be sold after a minimum of 30 months in oak casks. For ageing the House of Prunier uses casks of 400 litres coming exclusively from the Limousin district and which are on average 6 to 8 years old.Prunier VS expresses the freshness, the delicacy and the fruit of the different areas of the region.
