Our 2021 Sauvignon Blanc is delicious with a hint of tartness, just like our 11-year-old wine dog Mollie. Crafted from Tumbarumba grapes, this wine displays passionfruit flavours and tropical aromas. It’s sure to be a crowd pleaser and will have you howling for another glass.

Bright notes of honeysuckle, apple, pear and a little spice on the nose, with a long smooth palate of nashi pear and red apple. The wine is a blend of fruit from two places - Tumbarumba in the foothills of the Snowy Mountains, and our vineyard in the Canberra District.

Pale straw in colour, this Gallagher Chardonnay hits the nose with a fruity aroma of fresh apple and stewed pears, with fruit driven flavours following through onto the palate. You'll love the smooth and creamy mouthfeel, with a delicious finish that'll last for longer.
