Joseph Perrier Cuvée Royale is one of the standout Champagne's from the 2002 vintage. Conditions in Champagne were simply perfect during the growing and harvest seasons and has resulted in a vintage Champagne with complex bread, toast and honeyed flavours with a long and creamy finish. Divine.

Moët & Chandon is arguably the most famous name in the world of Champagne and "Moet" lives up to the hype. Its successful reputation is primarily built on the quality and finesse of its wines, as well as its widespread publicity. The vintage cuvée (based on Pinot Noir fruit) is rich and complex with lovely notes of brioche and almond. Moët Vintage is perfect as an aperitif or surprsingly with many wide and varied food matches.

Consisting of 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay, this elegant rose has both power and style. Rich mouthfeel complemented by a lively line of acid that goes on and on and on.

Egly Ouriet Brut Tradition NV possesses gorgeous warmth and openness in a radiant, broad-shouldered style that is impossible to resist. Deep and textured through to the finish, the Tradition Grand Cru combines richness and minerality with notable finesse. Spice and smoke nuances add complexity on the dazzling finish.

A rare, generous and delicious Chardonnay-dominant Cuvée with rich apricot, floral and yeasty characters with touches of vanilla and spice. A long, elegant and powerful finish. A Champage of ultra elgance that is always extremely limited. Simply superb.

The distinctive, geologically complex terroir of Chavot and the Coteaux Sud d'Épernay in general is very different to the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims areas where our other growers are based, and the style of wine is creamier and with more fruit.

This is 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay from 40 year-old vines on the chalk slopes of Ambonnay. The wine was aged completely in barrel, no malo and less than 2 g/l dosage. Stupendous depth and concentration with layers upon layer of smoky dark fruit no
