The Tate family are one of the most famous wine names in Western Australia, especially in Margaret River. The perfumed bouquet exhibits flinty scents of stone fruit and melon, coupled with lemon as well as nutty, biscuity oak notes. Crisp nectarine flavours combine with lemon curd and apricot undertones to offer a creamy and rich palate. Supported and balanced by taut lemon acidity, these elegant elements culminate in a generous finale. The finish is marked by hazelnut and nougat characters. With a cellaring potential of three years, this alluring white wine tastes amazing with warm chicken salads served alongside mango, peach and Macadamia nuts.
