The fruit used to make this wine was sourced from the Temple Bruer's Certified Organic vineyard. This Preservative Free Cabernet Merlot displays aromas of blackcurrent, cassis, clove cinnamon and vanilla. A full bodied style with good firm tannins, red fruits bluckberry, plum and spice. Team up with with slow cooked Lamb and double roasted potatoes.
