The grapes for our 2016 Showy Willow Sauvignon Blanc come from a small vineyard at the top of Willunga Hill in the Adelaide Hills. The fruit was hand pick and progressively transported to our winemaker in McLaren for crushing and fermentation. Aromas This is a pale yellow-green wine presenting intensely tropical aromas with passionfruit and pineapple leading to a rich full palate.

R de Rieussec, Château Rieussec's dry white wine, is a blend of 59% Sauvignon Blanc and 41% Sémillon, with 20% fermented in barrels to enhance aging potential. On the palate, it is powerful and harmonious, showcasing flavors of citrus, mango, and papaya, complemented by energetic acidity and a textured mouthfeel. The finish is complex and refreshing. Ghost Town Chardonnay is handcrafted in very limited quantities. Generous aromas of peach, naval orange and meyerlemons with acacia blossom and a touch of brioche in the background lead to a creamy, and textural palate. Integrated nougat oak, with subtle spice and hints of flint are showcased on the palate. A fine, precise acidity flows through the wine to a persistent finish.

A lovely and unusual Sauvignon Blanc from Hawkes Bay. It is barrel-fermented with a touch of Semillon and Sauvignon Gris. This wine has aromas of citrus blossom, pear and stone fruit and will evolve in the bottle for five years from harvest.

The Berthier family have been winegrowers for five generations, with Clement and Florian taking over the reins in 2012 to continue the family tradition. Clement is responsible for winemaking and sales, while Florian is focused on the vineyards. The terroir of this Pouilly Fume is unique in that it is composed of marl with a high proportion of fossilised oyster shells. This 100% Sauvignon Blanc opens up with aromas of white flowers, citrus zest, and delicate notes of oyster shell and seaspray. The palate is bright and lively, with a roundness and gentle richness on the palate.

Pascal Reverdy’s domaine is based in the tiny hamlet of Maimbray. Maimbray is located in a valley surrounded by chalk hills adjacent to Chavignol and Verdigny. From their small cellar they produce one of France’s most highly awarded Sancerres’. Brilliant very pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of lime and green apple infused with fresh herbs drift from the glass trailed by some light grassy and stony mineral scents. Lime and green apple fruits abound on the intensely flavoured palate underscored by fresh acidity. Good textural volume in the mouth with herbaceous grassy characters and stony mineral elements lying underneath. The dry, refreshing finish showing ample length. Drink over the next 3-4 years. Alc. 14%

Wine description: Aromatic dried herbs and wildflowers with a fruity bouquet and flavours of guava, honeydew melon and pear. A subtle burst of citrus and pleasant acid delivers nice harmony and a long dry finish to the sweetly fruited palate. winemakers comments: Our Pinot Gris is made from fruit grown on our Tiger, and Sinclair vineyards in the Parkburn area of Cromwell. All the grapes are hand harvested and fermented in small lots in stainless steel tanks helping to retain fruit purity and finesse.
