Perfumed aromas redolent of ripe raspberry and red cherry are nuanced by brooding dark plum and subtle oak spice. There is elements of spice and bunch paired with toast and earth adding complexity. The palate displays a lush and layered density of fruit with dark cherry and forest berry flavours to the fore.

A fresh and lively Sparkling with pure citrus fruits along with strawberry, nougat and toast on the nose. The palate has breadth and depth of flavour, displaying wonderful harmony and persistent length.
