ThisShiraz is carefully crafted from fruit grown on our Riddoch Run Estate Vineyard. This fresh winedisplays dark forest fruits, cassis, pepper and spices, framed in bright aromatic oak.Fresh blueberries, rhubarb and dark chocolate are on show, along with a good depth of flavour, ripe and supple tannins provide a long finish.

The Vitulus 19 displays a dark ruby red colour, with hints of green peppercorn and forest floor on the nose. The palate provides fruit intensity, embodying flavours of blackcurrant and light blueberry alongside refreshing dried herbs. High sandy tannins and integrated vanillin oak characteristics provide a long and engaging finish.

The Vocation Series pays tribute to John Riddoch’s multifaceted capabilities and the many vocations he had in his lifetime, reflected by the ultimate expression of Coonawarra’s varietal diversity. Linking single vineyard wines and interesting wine-making techniques with the personality evoked by Riddoch’s various professions. John Riddoch’s wool clip was the most highly prized wool in South Australia. He also established the Coonawarra wine region in 1890 with the aspiration of making the finest wine in the country. The Pastoralist Cabernet Sauvignon pays homage to this history as the flagship varietal for Coonawarra. Vibrant cassis, blackberry and violet notes, silky tannins and underlying cedar oak design this classic Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon. Cabernet Sauvignon is Coonawarra's pre-eminent grape variety. Our 2021 vintage is well structured with a palate of rich ripe grape tannins, supported and elaborated with french oak framework. Cassis and plum, cedar and cocoa. Great presence and complexity.

Petaluma Merlot is medium body with a brick red colour, the superbly perfumed bouquet is a tangle of marzipan, spice, plum and confectionery and is the best nose of the early Petalumas. On the palate, flavours of cherry, plum and spice emerge, with very good depth and complexity.
