The palate presents fresh red cherry and juicy plum, complemented by hints of black pepper spice. Fine-grained tannins and subtle toasted oak create a layered wine with length and persistence.

This Shiraz delivers bold dark-fruits along with rich red-berry concentrates. Touches of subtle oak and pepper complete the palate, supported by a fine tannin structure.
Reschke Vitulus Cab Sauv
The Vitulus 19 displays a dark ruby red colour, with hints of green peppercorn and forest floor on the nose. The palate provides fruit intensity, embodying flavours of blackcurrant and light blueberry alongside refreshing dried herbs. High sandy tannins and integrated vanillin oak characteristics provide a long and engaging finish.
Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon
A round rich palate with a good backbone of tight, but deliciously mouth-watering tannins. Generously flavoured but retaining elegance. Structured to age beautifully over the long term but round enough to be enjoyed while the primary fruits are fresh and vibrant.
OR Yalumba The Cigar Cabernet Sauvignon
The Cigar 2018 is a lovely bright, fresh Coonawarra Cabernet. Vibrant, deep magenta in colour. The aromatics are rich with blue and black fruits, notes of spice and warm, comforting aromas of cedar, strawberry compote and sandalwood. The palate is expressive with blackcurrant, plum and clove spice, melding with dark chocolate and ripe fruits. The wine has a beautiful structure with fine tannins and balanced acidity ensuring longevity.
MYSTERY847 Coonawarra Old Vine Cabernet Sauvignon
Vibrant scarlet in colour. Aromas of cassis and stewed plum with spice and chocolate. Rich cassis flavours and berry fruit aromas dominate the wine. Subtle tannins provide balance whilst the lingering dark chocolate adds an elegant finish.
Wynns Coonawarra Estate Cabernet Sauvignon
'Black Label' Cabernet Sauvignon, which was first vintaged in 1954, has evolved markedly over the decades. It is arguably Australia's most recognised Cabernet Sauvignon, and has more than any other, helped define Coonawarra. The wine is matured in new and seasoned French oak for 12 to 18 months. A classic Coonawarra Cabernet with pristine dark berry/ cassis aromas, fine grained tannins and underlying savoury nuances, it develops into a rich, chocolaty wine with age. In a super vintage, this wine can look astonishingly like a 2nd or 3rd growth Bordeaux with its pure cassis aromas and cedary complexity. Petaluma Merlot
Petaluma Merlot is medium body with a brick red colour, the superbly perfumed bouquet is a tangle of marzipan, spice, plum and confectionery and is the best nose of the early Petalumas. On the palate, flavours of cherry, plum and spice emerge, with very good depth and complexity.
