Crafted to be a sessional stout, this Prickly Moses beer is not big and heavy. Malt tones ranging from caramel and toffee through to roasted coffee, enhanced the complexity on the palate. Birra Menabrea Lager is brewed using light barley malts and maize, for a light, crisp Lager style. A distinctive yeast strain, and a more significant amount of hops than is usual for a Lager beer add to its aromatic complexity. This, combined with a fairly high alcohol level, makes for a very full and flavourful, yet still refreshing Lager. Around 100 thousand hectolitres of beer are produced annually, part of which for export in twenty countries.

OBrien Belgian Ale is a 100% gluten free Belgian blond style ale that displays a light sweetness from the sorghum and millet gluten free malts and Belgian candi sugar, and has a dry finish and slight alcohol warmth from the 6.0% alcohol content. It is complimented with subtle spice, earth and fruit characters from the yeast, hops and infused coriander.
