The Wild Bull is a traditional style Australian gin that was created to go perfectly in a G&T, appealing to everyday Aussies. The flavours in this gin are well balanced and amazing on the palate with juniper, coriander, angelica root, cardamom, cinnamon, orris root, and cubeb, finishing with a hint of vanilla. The Wild Bull is unashamedly unfiltered which leaves a lot of the essential oils within the product adding to the mouth feel. .

Queenscliff Distillery Citrus Gin

Think tart citrus not sweet, our Citrus Gin has a real citric tang to it. We peel fruit and use the rind of orange, blood lime, and finger lime and then use a combination of fresh lemon and peeled lemon with a little ginger to give this a real zesty finish. Great with tonic or soda.

The fruity notes bloom from the glass and the fresh herbal fragrances intertwine with the soft, sweet palate leaving you with a lingering finish that ensures you will be coming back for more.Highlands is a refreshing and crisp Gin, with notes from the unique blue cypress to the bright fruitiness of the grapefruit, orange and buchu, all while an ever present mint note lingers over the palate. The sweet earthiness of ginger, cubeb pepper and grains of paradise add a gentle bite of piquancy while chamomile provides weight and sweetness.The 1818 Settlers has a mild smokiness, not usually associated with Gin, from a careful blend of the intense botanical brown cardamom that graces the finish, without dominating the dried fruit notes below.
