Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin
Based on a strong belief people should drink better, not more, Four Pillars is leading the charge to elevate the craft of distilling and celebrate the craft of cocktail making in Australia. Their Rare Dry Gin is made in a truly modern Australian style, capturing the flavours of both Asia and the Mediterranean with a mix of local and exotic botanicals (even using fresh oranges as one of its botanicals rather than dried orange peel). Each bottle is individually numbered, hand labelled and produced in small batches from their small distillery in the Yarra Valley.
Sorby Adams The Thing Shiraz
The Thing range is Sorby Adams' flagship Shiraz. It is sourced from a vineyard above sea level in Eden Valley. The low-yeielding crops produced wines that had rich aromas of ripe plums, black fruits and wild cherry with hints of warm spices and vanilla oak. A beautifully balanced wine with a length finish.

Poli Distillerie Marconi 46 Gin
Bluecoat American Elderflower Small Batch Gin
Bluecoat Gin represents a revitalization of craftsmanship, urban renewal and responsible sourcing three values that the Fishtown section of Philadelphia and Bluecoat represents. With a smooth foundational spirit, our distilling team was eager to experiment with the delicate touch of elderflower, and the new distillery only bottling reflects our distillers talents and the evolution of Bluecoats unique style. Bluecoat Elderflower is the continuation of our local legacy in gin. Andrew Auwerda, President of Philadelphia DistillingTasting Notes: The infusion of organic elderflower through a maceration process gives our classic American Dry Gin a light floral taste and heady fragrance.
Isle of Harris Gin
A beautifully designed bottle captures the elemental nature of the Isle of Harris, while its contents reward the discerning gin drinker with maritime pleasures. The inclusion of local, hand-harvested Sugar Kelp speaks of our islands deep connections to the sea while working with eight other carefully chosen botanicals.
Boatrocker Spiced Rum
Boatrocker has approached spiced rum with fresh eyes and a new world palate to craft a spiced rum with a distinctly unique flavour profile. With over three years in oak, one in French and two in ex-bourbon barrels, this Australian rum was macerated after its maturation with a variety of botanicals and flavours we were inspired by such as mountain pepperberry, Peruvian coffee beans, smoked applewood & South American tonka beans to produce a unique and cinnamon-free updated take on the classic spiced rum. Strong aromas of floral pepperberry, citrus and marzipan give way to a pleasant mid palate of cherry, marzipan, coffee and sweet vanilla custard ending in a long oaky vanilla finish with just a touch of smoke. Serving Suggestions:Designed to be mixed with light tonic or soda, substituted for whisky served in the old fashioned way or enjoyed neat.
Gabriel Boudier Saffron Gin
Hartshorn Gin Sheep Whey
The aim with this Gin was to only use Tas native botanicals. I discovered some very impressive native berries, leaves and seeds however they could only be wild harvested which meant I could not get enough quantity to make it practical enough for an ongoing production. I have still been able to use some Tasmanian native botanicals however I have now broadened the list to only Australian native botanicals (plus the Juniper). Iam using 6 Native Australian botanicals with 3 of them never used before in any other Gin.All of my botanicals are vapour infused which is a technique not used too often with Australian Gins. Vapour infusion (as opposed to steeped) will give the Gin a much more delicate and subtle bouquet. My Gin is designed to smell beautiful. There will be delicate petal and citrus aromas with a hint of cut hay.
