100 Souls Hinterland Gin marries Australian native flora with aromatic Asian ingredients to create a gin with focused Himalayan juniper, smooth sweet mandarin and a Szechuan pepper nuance. Lemon myrtle and lemon thyme harmonise the Szechuan spice, and sweetness of mandarin resulting in a mouth filling gin that reminds its creator of the soft rich beauty and flow of the Hinterlands.

Shirl the Pearl 2020 Harvest, a seasonal edition Cumquat Gin with fresh uplifting notes, zesty characteristics, and a long finish. Expect refreshing waves of orange blossom. Eddie’s grandmother Shirley aka ‘Shirl the Pearl’ was a pocket rocket. Adventurer, skier, and one of Australia’s first female pilots, Shirl also made a mean bootleg Cumquat Gin. Inspired by Shirl, we steep locally grown Cumquats in our Brookie’s Dry Gin for several months and balance the spirit to create springtime in a glass! This is her recipe and an ode to Shirl the Pearl.

Corowa Characters celebrates the people behind the whisky made at Corowa Distillery in Corowa NSW. A very approachable, single malt, wine cask whisky that exhibits floral characters with honeycomb sweetness on the nose. The palate indicates the combination of French and American Oak influences and the sweetness follows through with good spirit integration.

Mr Black is coffee liqueur made for coffee purists. Crafted at a small distillery on the NSW Central Coast, Mr Black uses cold-pressed, specialty single-origin coffee beans from Ethiopia, Brazil and Papua New Guinea to craft this gold-medal winning liqueur. With an overwhelming fresh coffee flavour, Mr Black is best enjoyed on ice or in cocktails. The bottle design is as striking as the liqueur is smooth. With every pour the artwork will appear as the liquid in the bottle gets lower and lower.

Distilled using carefully selected native and local botanicals alongside organic Macedonian juniper berries, this easy sipping gin offers clean citrus notes with spicy finish. Poor Toms Fool's Cut at 52% is for audacious gin drinkers looking for a spirit with strong Juniper presence. In looking to create a gin with enough presence to shine in strong cocktails, the more delicate, floral botanicals have been left out. So it's adios strawberry gum leaf, granny smith apples, lemon myrtle and dried chamomile, and hello loads of juniper and the earthy depth of liquorice root.

Made using 100% Australian grown rye from a single farm in the Murray Mallee region of South Australia. The whiskey is aged in charred, new American oak barrels to embody the characteristics of traditional rye whiskey. Flavour notes: Sweet allspice, clove and pepper followed by dried red fruit and creme caramel.

Husk Coconut is made from 100% cane juice rum using single estate cane grown on our farm. We then infuse it for up to 2 months with real coconut to give a beautiful creamy coconut flavour.
