Following on from the unique distillation process that produces OCD pure Vodka, OCD Cocoa uses only sustainably sourced and traceable cocoa nibs.These nibs are steeped for 10 days, to extract the warm, rich golden velvety character, to give OCD Cocoa Vodka its unique flavour.Aroma: Deep scents of cocoa nibs, dark chocolate truffles, sweet liquorice root and hints of browned cocoa butter.Tasting Notes: Intense and layered flavours of deep dark chocolate, cocoa dust and fudge brownie with hints of raisins and dates, that build to a warm and long bittersweet cocoa finish.

To create this truly unique whisky, we selectively sourced rare malted rye and the finest malted barley from progressive malt houses, paired them with virgin American oak casks air-dried for 36 months and let it all mature in the maritime air of coastal Sydney. Our preference for malted rye over the far more commonly used unmalted rye affords this whisky a point of distinction evident upon the very first sip. This layered, aromatic spirit offers notes of spiced custard, ginger, stone fruit and baked apple pie with a fresh herbal finish that lingers on the palate.

Organic oranges provide citrus backbone, and local macadamias bring smoothness to the texture, making this gin all the more inviting.

This chimes in with the pepper-chilli flavour highlights that overly traditional bass notes of juniper, coriander and citrus. With strawberry sweetness overlaying our Mountain Devil Classic Dry Gin, Nelly’s Blush is named after Nelly’s Glen, the start of the famous Six-Foot Track from the Blue Mountains to Jenolan Caves. The blushing colour denotes an infusion of strawberries that permeates this gin’s unique flavour profile. An aroma fanfare of strawberry blended with forest juniper notes leads on to a full flavour with tapering hints of liquorice and spices. The taste is complex but clean, resonant and lingering. The amazing butterfly pea flower, famously used in herbal teas, gives this gin its distinctive look and sweet herbal tang. The harmonious blend of classic dry gin and natural infusion with the colour-altering pea flower yields a gloriously blue spirit. With its flavourful hints of upland meadows, the flower essence also shifts the gin towards a magenta shade when citrus or tonic are present.
