Created in the Southern Highlands of NSW, the 100 SOULS Artisan Pink Gin is infused with rose petals and hibiscus to create soft floral flavoured gin with an artsy twist. The rose and hibiscus produce its blush hue and delicate aroma, and the Sichuan, Lemon Thyme & Mandarin marry a spice element that harmonizes the unique floral palette. With its backbone of traditional juniper berry, 100 SOULS Artisan Pink Gin is smooth yet complex enough to enjoy straight up, in a delicate floral citrus cocktail, with sparkling water or traditional tonic. The unique floral notes lend to an array of garnishes, cucumber, rosemary, mandarin, or your traditional lemon, albeit in a twist. Blending rose petals with the traditional, native, and Asian ingredients together has resulted in a wonderful gin that reminds its creator of soft pink sunset in the Hinterlands.

100 Souls Hinterland Gin marries Australian native flora with aromatic Asian ingredients to create a gin with focused Himalayan juniper, smooth sweet mandarin and a Szechuan pepper nuance. Lemon myrtle and lemon thyme harmonise the Szechuan spice, and sweetness of mandarin resulting in a mouth filling gin that reminds its creator of the soft rich beauty and flow of the Hinterlands.

Our Artisan Original Artisan Vodka is clear and bright. Highly refined through careful distillation and coconut charcoal filtration producing a neutral yet delicate spirit. This spirit is showing floral and vanilla notes with a delicious warm lingering palate.

Ink Gin is a beautifully delicate modern Australian gin. Lemon myrtle & orange citrus, soft floral & fresh pine notes are followed by a spicy pepperberry finish. Pot distilled with a blend of 12 Australian native, traditional & exotic botanicals before being infused with an exotic blue flower which imparts smoothness and all natural indigo colour. The flower is pH sensitive, mixing from indigo to blush pink with the addition of tonic, lemon or lime.

Shirl the Pearl 2020 Harvest, a seasonal edition Cumquat Gin with fresh uplifting notes, zesty characteristics, and a long finish. Expect refreshing waves of orange blossom. Eddie’s grandmother Shirley aka ‘Shirl the Pearl’ was a pocket rocket. Adventurer, skier, and one of Australia’s first female pilots, Shirl also made a mean bootleg Cumquat Gin. Inspired by Shirl, we steep locally grown Cumquats in our Brookie’s Dry Gin for several months and balance the spirit to create springtime in a glass! This is her recipe and an ode to Shirl the Pearl.

Our flagship gin puts a uniquely Australian stamp on the London dry gin style, with a juniper forward palate that is perfectly offset by coriander, cardamom and nutmeg. Produced in small batches in copper pot stills, Australian Gin is quite literally the spirit of Australia.

Our figs are poached gently to extract the sweet fig aroma, essence, and earthiness. The gin botanicals and spirit show early on the nose with all the fig showing on the palate.
