Clynelish Special Release 2022 The Wildcats Golden Gaze 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky 58.5% ABV, The Highlands For this stunning 2022 Special Release the Master Blenders at Clynelish have finished their classic Highland malt in the finest Pedro Ximinez and Oloroso barrels. The utterly delicious result is bright sweet fruitiness combined with intense oakiness creating a Clynelish of radiant sweet-spicy intensity.

An inviting nose where barbeque smoke and cloves are intermingled with fresh notes of butterscotch and orange peel. On the pallet a fascinating blend of Applewood smoke, honey and all spice are married with stewed pears and fresh grilled pineapple. This whiskey finishes with the return of a savoury smoke over a lingering wood undertone, which combines delightfully with notes of salted caramel.

Aged 4yrs in Sherry Barrels sourced from Frances wine region, our 100% Tasmanian Single Malt Sherry Cask is a delicate and subtle whisky, with a slight aroma of sweetened candied nectar and a dried fruit spice on the nose, with an undertone of butter. This is followed by an extremely smooth palate with sweeten white wines, raisins, pink candy and citrus warmth with just a touch of oak. Teeling Whiskey Company and Galway Bay Brewery, one of Ireland's most celebrated craft breweries, have been collaborating for years, on what has now become the cult classic "200 Fathoms" - a modern interpretation of an Imperial Stout, aged just once annually in Teeling's Small Batch barrels.

The Glen Moray 18 year old is a beautiful addition to the Glen Moray Heritage range. Only the very finest American oak barrels have been selected to emphasise the incredibly smooth character and taste of Glen Moray 18 year Single Malt. An intense whisky with a perfect structure, the soft flavours of sweet vanilla balanced with oak from the casks.

KOVAL Four Grain is distilled from a mash bill of oat, malted barley, rye, and wheat. This whiskey is aged in heavily charred new oak barrels from Minnesota and bottled from single barrels at 94 proof. Only the heart of the distillate is used. Grains sourced from a local organic farmer collective in the Midwest.

The Teeling Vintage Reserve 30 Year Old Platinum bottling is one of the oldest Single Malt Irish whiskeys ever released. This Platinum bottling has been limited to only 250 bottles making this one of the worlds most exclusive Irish whiskeys. Having been distilled in 1983 and allowed to rest for over 30 years in Bourbon cask, this limited edition whiskey has been hand selected by our Master Blender for its distinctive taste qualities. The whiskey has inherited a huge amount of character over its 30 year journey leading to a complex floral nose with deep layered flavours and a long luxurious finish. The Silkie seals of the Donegal coast are mythical shapeshifters who transform into beautiful women when they shed their seal skin coats. The Legendary Silkie Irish Whiskey is inspired by these enchanting sea maidens. The legendary Silkie is a blended Irish whiskey bottled by Sliabh Liag Distillers. While they build their whiskey distillery, they have sourced the finest double and triple distilled malts and a hint of peated malt. Bottled at 46% ABV the whiskey is not chill filtered giving a rich character to a super soft whiskey. Presented in a tall elegant bottle, the Silkie label is reflective of the blue/green colour of the sea at the foot of the Sliabh Liag Cliffs.
