When the Sydney suburb of Newtown celebrated its sesquicentenary, the brewers of Young Henry were invited to brew a unique beer to showcase the unique style of Newtown. The resulting beer was an Aussie Pale Ale called Young Henrys Newtowner. Made from three varieties of local hops this beer is fun, fruity and even a little bitter - just like Newtown.

Starward Wine Cask Single Malt Whisky is uniquely Australian, crafted exclusively with local wine barrels for maturation resulting in a Whisky with balanced aromas of raisins, bananas and a touch of balsamic lead to clove, toffee and nougat. The palate is filled with red berries, hints of cinnamon and a variety of savoury and spice driven notes. A long, dry and tannic finish guides a strong linear reach through the palate, balancing a generous roundness and oiliness of the spirit.

OBrien Pale Ale is a 100% gluten free light golden ale with abundant citrus and tropical fruit flavours with a light sweetness. OBrien Pale Ale was Australias first commercially produced gluten free beer and is made from gluten free millet and sorghum malts. It is a full bodied American style pale ale, and has been awarded multiple medals at the Australian International Beer Awards.

A big bold hoppy take on the classic American Pale Ale. Packed with American and Australian hops including Cascade, Columbus, Galaxy, Mosaic and Crystal, and supported by a firm malt backbone. Finishes clean with a firm bitterness.

Patient Wolf is born from a belief that well-crafted and considered things have no fear of time. The crucial mix of attitude, insight, native and exotic botanicals, pure Australian water and innovative distilling process define this hand-crafted Gin. Distilled in small batches in a custom built 230L Müller copper still, fresh ruby grapefruit, native aniseed myrtle, cubeb pepper and tonka beans are used to create this Gin. A smooth, well-rounded Gin for making classic cocktails and controversy. Perfect in a G&T with a ruby grapefruit garnish, and holds its own in a martini or negroni.

There is quite a rare balance in this Alpine Cider. In drier ciders, its easy to lose the intensity of the fruit. Thats not the case here. The crisp fruity pink lady is the hero of the show. It is as crisp as the mountain air and as clean as fresh snow. At the tail end, there is a gentle blast of a green apple acid hit.

Bright hop aroma, balanced bitterness with stonefruit & citrus hop flavours. Perfect for when the sun is setting. One Love Pale Ale is pale straw in colour and is bursting with bright hop aromas. Light bodied with layered stonefruit, citrus and passionfruit flavours.

Bright yellow with a slight yeast cloud, a nice malt character and a crisp white head that laces the glass perfectly as you take each sip. Lush tropical fruit nose, passion fruit, and a light grapefruit undertone. easy drinking, lightly hopped with a light flora and grapefruit mouth, grainy malts, finishing dry and very clean.

Hopsmith is a West Coast style IPA and all about the hops. Triple dry-hopped, the all American grown hop varieties are allowed to shine with citrus, pine, fruity notes and a nice dry, bitter finish.
