Four Pillars Spiced Negroni Gin is an aromatic, rich and spicy gin with great power and intensity. First, they take the base botanicals and upped the amount of Tasmanian pepperberry leaf and cinnamon. Then the addition of an exotic West African spice called Grains of Paradise. Although powerful, the spice tends to glow rather than become hot. Beautiful organic blood oranges are one of the last additions to the botanical basket, as well as some ginger. These wonderfully fragrant fresh botanicals help lift the spice to another level.

It has a clean, smooth taste and as the liquid passes through the palate the ginger will fill the whole mouth, leaving a warmth at the back of the throat. Just like the noble creature, The Stag wines represent elegance, grace and esteem. Quintessentially Victorian, they are made in a classic cool climate style. On the nose, a little rustic, with savoury spices, red berries, bright cherry and potpourri aromatics. Medium bodied and supple on the palate, with cherry, chocolate and tobacco notes. Tempranillo tannins have a powdery feel about them, leading to a savoury spice finish.
