This Scotch Whisky is handmade with rich, fruit cake flavours and a sweetness that emerges from the combination of Sherry wood and the small Stills of our old farm distillery. Despite being such a small distillery, Edradour produces more whiskies than most other distilleries. Owner since 2002, Master of the Quaich Andrew Symington has expertly used the spirit from our small stills, matured in the highest quality oak wood, to create a stunning and diverse range of single malts.

Dewars 18 Year Old Scotch Whisky is carefully prepared by putting the whisky back into the cask to mature a second time after blending (double-aging). This method allows all of the older and characterful whiskies to mingle before bottling with resulting flavours of nut and marzipan, to name a few.

Craigellachie 23 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a masterpiece in old fashioned whisky making. On addition to the 13 and 17-year-old expressions, this 23 Year Old has added spice, ripe fresh cooked and dried fruits with a touch of light peat smoke on the nose. The palate is filled with flavours of melted white chocolate,baked pineapple followed by spicy oak towards the finishing. It is complex, deep and well structured. An elegant Scotch Whisky that could be enjoyed neat, on the rocks or with a dash of water.

The Spey River Single Malt Scotch whisky is matured in traditional American Oak casks until it achieves the perfect balance of green leafy notes in harmony with sweet delicate oak. The whisky is then transferred into first fill Bourbon casks to allow further development of sweet vanilla notes. Dewar's 12 Year Old Blended Scotch Whisky has a nose that presents as a complex blended Scotch whisky at first but with time some toffee notes arrive nicely backed by the grain notes. Some good oak spice is also previlent along with some heather. The finish is dry with some cleansing maltiness, a surprisingly long finish that is complex and warming.

Don't be fooled by the nose into thinking this is a delicate and gentle Highlander, Glenfarclas is a brute at close quarters! Layers of flavour just keep coming and it is a true pleasure to savour.

Johnnie Walker King George V was created to celebrate the Royal Warrant given in 1934 to the Walker family to mark the exceptional qualities of their whiskies. The King George has more restraint and sophistication courtesy of the Port Ellen Distillery component that is powerful, slow and resonant.
