Fragrant and energetic, the nose has an abundance of lycee, kiwifruit and blackcurrant with lime curd and lemon sherbet. These vibrant characters are balanced by crisp acidity, which leads this delightful white blend to a dry and refreshing finish. It has the potential to be cellared for 1 to 2 years from vintage. Suggested food pairings for this SSB include poached salmon, pan fried scallops and prawn ravioli.
