Meanwhile, the palate is luscious with well-integrated flavours of sticky date pudding and amaretto with a final note of espresso.

Made in New Zealand, 1919 Summer Pink focuses on the tradition of the original pink gin (gin & bitters), while honouring our distilleries core values. Rather than adding sugars and sweeteners we source locally grown strawberries to distil. In doing this we managed to create a dry summer gin with a subtle, yet elegant, berry finish that maintains those bold gin flavours.
