Henskens Rankin Vintage Brut
Crafted from tiny parcels of Chardonnay (70%) and Pinot Noir (30%) from Tasmania's Piper's River, Coal River Valley and Tasman Peninsula this fine beaded bubbly spent six years on yeast lees. It was well worth the wait, being notably elegant, harmonious and fresh with pretty white florals, nougat, citrus zest and a long, dry savoury mineral finish.

THIS OVERPROOF BLUSH COLOURED SPIRIT IS SOFT AND SILKY WITH A GENTLE SHIRAZ NOTE AND RICH OAKED RYE BACK-NOTE. ITS PUNCHY, YET STILL MAINTAINS THE VANILLA AND FLORAL NOTES WHICH DEFINE PLC GINS PERFECT ON ICE, WITH SODA OR IN YOUR FAVOURITE COCKTAIL!
