Using a reverse osmosis filter to strip our water of all minerals, we then rebuild the water profile of this beer to replicate that in the Czech Republic. Pilsner malt and wheat malt are used as the base with the addition of Saaz & Perle hops for a little bit of spice to recreate the traditional flavours of a sessionable European lager.
