Francois Voyer VS Vaudou Fin Bois

A beautiful marriage of berries and vanilla ambience, the Vaudon VS is a well-known signature from the Fins Bois region. Produced with 100% Ugni Blanc grape, it’s a sublime selection of excellent eaux-de-vie. Processed with double distillation and aged in Limousin new oak barrels for 2 to 3 years, it’s a brilliantly crafted Cognac. Supple and delicate, with an enticing depth it’s a fine choice to add to your cabinet. Tasting Notes: Colour: Soft amber tone. Nose: A refreshing bouquet of fruit notes, like pear and apricot. Palate: An interesting palate of fresh berries sustained with an important vanilla ambiance. The attack is supple and delicate, with a marriage between a white fruit basket and slight notes of licorice.

Blended with the finest scotch whiskies, using a base spirit of 3-year-old blended scotch mixed using fruits and spices. A citrus aroma with the sweet spice of cinnamon, raisin, orange and cocoa – backed by the distinctive cereal character of aged whisky. Baked apple, orange, traditional whisky notes, and raisin hit the taste buds before finishing with a hint of vanilla and dried raisin.

Citadelle Jardin D'ete (Summer Garden)

It is summer in a bottle. This artisanal dry gin is inspired by the fruits and flowers of the garden of Château de Bonbonnet in France. Imagine it as a sensory postcard of the place, bearing accents of the garden fruit: whole lemon, Charentais melon flesh, yuzu and orange peel. And to round it off, juniper berries cultivated by hand from the orchard out front. The gin is a blend of 22 botanicals, which are distilled at low temperature to intensify the freshness of the fruit. Each botanical is infused for a different length of time, and then distilled in small copper pot stills. Drink it neat, on the rocks, with sparkling water, or make a cocktail with tonic, lemon zest and a lemon peel twist.

The authentic banana flavour surprises most who try this rum, most expect sweet-shop, foam banana… you’re not getting that here. This is 100% natural, undiluted, jungle fresh banana. A unique spirit crafted with a blend of up to 7-year-old rums from Dominican Republic, Nicaragua and Barbados, infused with both fresh and dried bananas over a 5-week maceration process. The result: a rum that is deep, complex, and bursting with tropical flavours.

Dolin Liqueur de Genepy Chamois

Génépy is a legendary alpine herbal liqueur, unique to the Savoy region, that dates back many hundreds of years. While comprised of a multitude of alpine herbs, the most prominent is a petite and rare variety of artemisia found principally in the high mountain air and adventure. Dolin is one of the few remaining houses that still relies on local herbs foraged in summer, and distillation in a venerable old copper alembic. Today, Génépy remains a darling of both intrepid hikers and French skiers. Served on the rocks or with tonic water, and a welcome addition to hot chocolate. Le Chamois is Dolin’s oldest Génépy recipe, dating back to 1821, when Joseph Chavasse first established what is today Maison Dolin. Its gentle sweetness and heady herbal character have pronounced notes of chamomile, sage and mint. To many French consumers, the Dolin name is inextricably linked to this signature Génépy recipe and the alpine experience.
