Small Batch Vintage Barrel is crafted by blending the finest Bundaberg Rum with 8YO rum reserves matured in 100 year old Port barrels. Vintage Barrel is a complex rum with exceptional dried fruit flavours coupled with rich caramel notes, and the depth of American oak.

Platinum Cane Spirit is made from sugar cane syrup and boasts fresh, light hypnotic elements resulting in an sensory tactile experience. For complete clarity the distillate is filtered through Cairns Tablelands volcanic rock.

Using the distillery's 120 years of rum-making expertise, the master craftsmen have searched our two-year old Bundaberg Rum reserves and selected a vat that was producing a rum with extra special characteristics. This premium rum was then doubled aged for a minimum of four years in our hand-crafted oak vats until it reached its peak.

Mount Gay Eclipse Rum is widely recognised as the oldest rum in the world. Eclipse has a brilliant golden amber colour and a luxuriously complex aroma. Aged in charred, American oak barrels for a minimum of two years, producing a rum with flavours of apricot, banana and vanilla. The barrel ageing gives the Rum a lightly smoked character and a long lasting finish. Eclipse has a warm, medium body with a bright finish. Its subtle smokiness is imparted by the toasted Kentucky oak barrels in which the rum is aged.

Our Spanish-Inspired Dark Cane Spirit carries a maturity beyond its years. This spirit is designed to showcase our innovation and our unique approach to our spirit. The spirit, matured with heavy-charred oak staves from ex-bourbon barrels, provides a distinct smokiness that encapsulates the distinction of aged Spanish rums.A nose of light citrus, overripe banana, vanilla, hickory smoke, nutmeg and spice.The palate consists of vanilla and matured oak.
