On the palate dry at first then opens up to display great depth and complexity.Balanced and an incredibly long finish, 1931 is the pinnacle of fine rum making.
Chairmans Reserve The Forgotten Casks The Forgotten Casks Rum
Winner of a Gold medal at the International Wine and Spirit Competition in 2011, this rum has a rich dark gold mahogany colour, wonderful intense nose of sweet raisins, sultanas, hints of tobacco and vanilla from the oak. On the palate strong with sweet honeyed fruit and spices, giving a lovely balanced and complex rum. The Forgotten Casks have not been chill filtered and is a blend of 6 to 11 year old rums: intense, raw and satisfying.
Chairman's Reserve 6th Edition
Cast your mind back to 1931 and you may remember that it was the year that the Dennery distillery merged with another distillery in St. Lucia to form St. Lucia Distillers (it was the same year that the Empire State Building was completed - in case you need your memory jogged). To celebrate the occasion, St. Lucia Distillers created their 1931 series, and this is the sixth release of excellent St. Lucian rum in the rage.

St Lucia Distillers Chairman's Reserve Finest St Lucia Rum
St Lucia Distillers is a small rum distillery situated in the scenically beautiful and agriculturally rich valley of Roseau on the Caribbean island of St Lucia. Rich dark golden amber colour. The pot still richness comes through on the nose with sweet honeyed fruit and spicy vanilla from the oak. The palate is balanced, with a mellow but complex mix of ripe raisin, tobacco and spice. The rum has a nice enjoyable finish.
Ron Millonario Solera 15 Reserva Especial Rum
Coming from the north of Peru, Ron Millonario Solera 15 Reserva Especial Rum owes its select aroma and flavour to its painstaking ageing and maturation process. While aged in American and Slavonian oak casks, four rows of the solera system are employed, and after fifteen years of ageing, the enrichment of the rum's quality is assured. The final result is a sensational drink. A rich, persistent nose of candied-fruit, prunes and cloves. The palate offers tastes of butter toffee, sultanas, Demerara sugar and even a hint of cola. The well-balanced sweetness first coats the mouth but then fades away slowly, leaving the palate clean. Every bottle of the Ron Millonario Solera 15 Reserva Especial comes attractively wrapped in Toquilla straw, the very same used to make the celebrated Panama hats.
Bacardi Oakheart Spiced Rum
Bacardi Oakheart has been expertly crafted by Maestros de Ron BACARDÍ and aged in charred oak barrels for a rich, smoky flavour. Its smooth with a hint of spice, best served with cola over lots of ice. Now in a new bottle but with the same smooth spiced taste.
Bundaberg Rum Select VAT
Using the distillery's 120 years of rum-making expertise, the master craftsmen have searched our two-year old Bundaberg Rum reserves and selected a vat that was producing a rum with extra special characteristics. This premium rum was then doubled aged for a minimum of four years in our hand-crafted oak vats until it reached its peak.
Capricorn Spiced Rum
Capricorn Spiced is a finely crafted, small batch distillation of Central Queensland molasses. We've left to age in European and American Oak barrels it matures quickly in the tropical heat to produce a dark and hearty spirit. Mixed with a traditional bill of spices that has an Australian twist to it, it drinks superbly straight up, with Ginger Beer and Lime, or in a cocktail. Capricorn Spiced has no added chemicals and is made from all natural ingredients.
