Herradura was the world's first distillery to introduce Reposado or rested tequila when introduced in 1974 and has been producing this excellent style ever since. Aged in American oak barrels for 11 months, giving the tequila a beautiful balance of cooked agave, sweet oaky vanilla & cinnamon.

Prosper Delord was a travelling distiller who upon discovering Armagnac fell in love with the spirit and decided to start Maison Delord in 1893. Today Jerome and Sylvain Delord, Propers great grandchildren continue the tradition with the same passion, knowledge and love that has been handed down through the generations. High West is Utahs first distillery since 1870 and the worlds only ski-in gastro distillery. Hand-numbered labels adorn hand-blown glass bottles with wooden-topped cork stoppers. The whiskeys are all 46% and not chill-filtered. High West Rendezvous Rye is a marriage of two straight rye whiskies: an exotic 6-year-old with a 95% rye and 5% barley malt mash bill, and a very rare 16-year-old with an 80% rye, 10% corn, 10% barley mash bill.

Ardbeg 10 Year Old Single Malt is typical Islay (eye-la). Light gold colour with exceptional balance and depth on the nose. The aroma is a beguiling mix of toffee and chocolate sweetness, cinnamon spice, Fresh citrus and floral notes of white wine are evident, as are melon, pear drops and a gentle creaminess. There is also fresh phenolics of seaspray and smoked fish. Hickory and coffee emerge on the finish.

anCnoc is a very special and curious distillery. Using ancient traditions and practices, anCnoc (pronounced a-knock) produces a very modern whisky that is destined to please all whisky lovers. Wonderfully light and delicate to the nose and palate, notes of fresh citrus and honey are present. Aged in a carefully selected combination of sherry and bourbon casks, this 12 Year Old Single Malt has a incredibly smooth finish and should be considered a malt for every occasion.

Dictador 20 year old Rum 700mL is made from the fermentation of virgin sugar cane honey that has been distilled in both copper alembic and steel continuous column to achieve a smooth medium body rum. Intense dark amber with soft vanilla, smoky honey, toffee and oak on the nose. Massive flavour, strong and textured with caramel and cocoa.

Dewazakura and the local agricultural bureau developed regional sake rice called Dewa Sansan which is used in this sake. A very soft and deep flavoured style with good zingy acidity, and a clean and fresh finish.
