Behind the exterior, the old yoghurt factory stood empty for over 20 years before Philter moved in. BentSpoke Barley Griffin is a mild cloudy Australian Pale Ale. Soft fruity aromas and light biscuity malt living a nice light mouth feel. Easy drinking and great on a hot summers day.

Our American-style Pale Ale combines a traditional malty backbone with an abundance of fruity piney hops. The initial hop aroma gives way to flavour of pine and citrus. 4.6% abv.

The team at the Prancing Pony was at the end of the brew boil run and could have just stopped here. Instead, sparing no cost, they add a tonne of additional hop for some opulent citrusy flavour. This balances nicely with the extra fire brew maltiness in this Pale Ale. The spicy aroma makes is enought to ignite anyones senses.
