A genuine London Dry Gin, juniper-forward with balanced dry, pine and citrus qualities. Overlaid with a burst of citrus peel (orange specifically) and a firm suggestion of cardamom. The inspiration is that of a classic London dry gin, yet with a focus on connecting the juniper, coriander seed, cardamom and orange.
