Young gun Barossa winemaker Kym Teusner undoubtedly makes some of the finest wines in the Barossa Valley today. His Riebke Shiraz has proven to be a bona fide star in recent years and his latest release will surely have you coming back for more! With its rich, full-bodied palate that Barossa Shiraz lovers can't get enough of, the Riebke is also balanced with fine, powdery tannin and great use of oak to bring a moreish quality to this great value-for-money Shiraz.

Hand-crafted using small parcels of premium fruit, The Old Dog Shiraz is an uncompromising marriage of both elegance and strength. The exceptional structure of the palate delivers full bodied flavours of rich plum, dark fruits, chocolate and liquorice, finished with impeccably polished tannins that balance the natural fruit acid nicely. St Hallett Butchers Cart Shiraz gives vibrant and rich blueberry and dark cherry with a hint of mocha. A bold an opulent palate, filled with generous red berry fruits, dark plums and completed by supple supportive tannins.

Every now and then, in life and in wine, we are presented with unique opportunities to express ourselves and create something truly remarkable. When these rare opportunities arise, we need to capture, nurture and develop them so that their potential is fulfilled. So when Torbreck were given the opportunity to work with one of the most famous vineyards in the Barossa Valley, they were determined to use all their experience to ensure the resulting Shiraz was truly remarkable.

This Two Hands Shiraz is full bodied but very buoyant. Bright flavours are lifted and accented by notes of fresh blue and blackberry with hints of plum. Creamy complexity through the palate adds depth and interesting texture. Palate has great depth and a coating nature but doesnt feel heavy. Tannins start mid-palate and leave a lovely rolling chewy nature. Spicy through the finish with vanilla and sweet baking spices.

Strikingly vivid in colour with deep purple and magenta. There are energetic aromatics showing fresh, pure expression of fruit. Aromas of violets, dark rose, sweet plum, spice, licorice and fruitcake emanate from the glass. The palate is bursting with rich and bright dark fruit flavours. Well structured, with natural tannins providing a muscular framework the wine is full in body, flavour and mouth feel. A touch of creaminess leads to a lengthy finish completing this resplendent wine.
