Hilke is a specialist in linocutting: a traditional and highly skilled craft, derived from woodcutting: the oldest printmaking technique. Woodcutting has been the inspiration behind all Eden Mill illustrations in our branding, so Hilke’s unique style and process was a perfect fit for our 2019 Release. Her work aligns perfectly with Eden Mill's traditional yet experimental principles. Eden Mill Head Distiller, Scott Ferguson has incorporated a selection of oloroso hogsheads, pedro ximenez hogsheads, american bourbon barrels, with a cask of chocolate malt spirit and crystal malt spirit to craft our latest Single Malt. 46.5% ABV.

The Naked Grouse enriches the flavours of Scotlands favourite whisky by maturing in sun dried sherry oak casks. The influence of our quality first-fill sherry casks develops a deep russet appearance and an aroma that melds black cherries, cocoa and oak. The taste experience is sublimely smooth with famous trade-mark dried fruits yielding to cinnamon sticks and nutmeg. The sweet finale is rich in dark chocolate with a spicy, orange finish.

A somewhat unusual blend in the world of Scotch whisky, Compass Box's Hedonism is made from a combination of eight to 15 casks of grain whiskies from some of the oldest continuously operating distilleries in Scotland. Most of these whiskies have been aged in first-fill American oak casks yielding a very special flavour profile that is full and round with richly textured notes of vanilla and toffee.

Cragganmore Distillers Edition Single Malt Scotch Whisky appears warm gold in colour with a sweet nose of jelly, juicy fruits and a slight smokiness. Light to medium body with a firm, sweet palate of smoky undertones and nutty fruitiness. Medium finish with lovely oaky expressions, banana and vanilla notes linger on the tongue.

Glenfarclas 40 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a rich, dark mysterious gold colour with a nose reminiscent of relaxing in an old leather armchair while eating walnuts and chocolate covered raisins. The flavour is sweet initially with orange segments dipped in liquid chocolate. Then a lovely flavour of burnt brown sugar at the back of the mouth The finish is dry oozing with big tannins and more richdark cocoa beans. Dewars 18 Year Old Scotch Whisky is carefully prepared by putting the whisky back into the cask to mature a second time after blending (double-aging). This method allows all of the older and characterful whiskies to mingle before bottling with resulting flavours of nut and marzipan, to name a few.

Johnnie Walker Double Black is the exciting and revolutionary new addition to the Johnnie Walker range. With the addition of deeper, darker malts from the Scottish west coast and the islands, Double Black delivers a unique smoky finish that sets it apart from the pack. The Isle of Raasay Distillerys carefully crafted and unique recipe combines peated and unpeated Raasay spirit that has been matured in three different types of oak cask: high rye whiskey, chinkapin oak and Bordeaux red wine.
