Ardbeg 10 Year Old Single Malt is typical Islay (eye-la). Light gold colour with exceptional balance and depth on the nose. The aroma is a beguiling mix of toffee and chocolate sweetness, cinnamon spice, Fresh citrus and floral notes of white wine are evident, as are melon, pear drops and a gentle creaminess. There is also fresh phenolics of seaspray and smoked fish. Hickory and coffee emerge on the finish.

Featuring ginger cake, orange fondant, caramelised pear and brandy snaps on the nose with fresh ground coffee, chocolate ganache and cinnamon apple on the palate. Initially matured in American white oak, this limited 21 Year Old edition 2015 release is transferred into first-fill Matusalem oloroso sherry butts. The Dalmore whisky spends a decade in these exceptional casks for an outstanding finish with Oxford marmalade, macerate cherries and soft liquorice.

Talisker is one of Scotland's remotest distilleries which produces a dram with trademark smoothness. Their 10 year old has a powerful peat and sea-salt nose; smoky sweetness with malt flavours and developing warmth with a huge, peppery finish. Glenfarclas 40 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a rich, dark mysterious gold colour with a nose reminiscent of relaxing in an old leather armchair while eating walnuts and chocolate covered raisins. The flavour is sweet initially with orange segments dipped in liquid chocolate. Then a lovely flavour of burnt brown sugar at the back of the mouth The finish is dry oozing with big tannins and more richdark cocoa beans. Golden brown in colour, Glenkinchie Distillers Edition Single Malt Scotch Whisky displays sharp and brittle notes. Complex and refined, an astonishing balance between the sweet and dry flavours of vanilla and grape. The malted barley and cask wood offer nuttier tones and a complex oaky finish.

The GlenAllachie Distillery, sitting in a 20-acre site in Speyside, was built in 1968. A team led by Scotch whisky industry veteran Billy Walker completed the acquisition of The GlenAllachie Distillery in October 2017. It is one of the younger distilleries on Speyside but it has over 50,000 casks maturing on-site, some of which date back to the 1970s. GlenAllachie used to be produced only for blends. This is the first time the whiskies have been released as stand-along single malts. None of the range is chill- filtered or coloured. The GlenAllachie 12 year old (46% ABV) is GlenAllachies flagship bottling. Polished bronze in colour it has a nose of butterscotch and honey playing the lead with raisins and mocha in the background. On the palate there is honey, marzipan and bananas, with lashings of butterscotch, raisins and a delicate hint of mocha.

Matured in the traditional style in American Bourbon barrels, Ben Riach Dark Rum whisky is then finished in dark rum barrels, sourced from the Caribbean island of Jamaica. During this second period ofmaturation, the whisky derives many interesting characteristics specific to the Dark Rum barrel, RIPE STONE FRUIT infused with VANILLA, GINGERand TANGERINE PEEL. Bottled at natural colour and non chill filtered.

The oldest expression in our peated range and a rare opportunity to experience a peated Speyside single malt dating back to the 1980s. Crafted from densely peated malted barley, BenRiach Authenticus aged 30 years is a more intense Speyside malt which carries a delightful balance of WILD HONEY and PEAT on the nose. The combination of the SOFT, CREAMY VANILLA, SUMMER FRUITS and SLIGHT HINT OF COCOA coax the palate, while the INFUSED SWEET PEAT builds gradually to complete the unique character.

A superb 15 year old from the Highland Park distillery. The nose is a profusion of ripe floral notes and fresh blossom with a delectable fruit salad. Notes of honeyed exotic fruits with a little botrytis. The palate is creamy and full with fruit conserves and espresso. A creaminess with cinnamon and allspice. Notes of toffee with thick black forest honey with a touch more citrus. The finish is long and well sugared with a herbal edge.

A perfect blend of Highland and Speyside whiskies, complex enough to be challenging, smooth enough to be rewarding. Sweet, and slightly spicy with a long lasting finish complemented with hints of smokiness.
