Altos R Crianza Rioja
Altos R, a boutique winery in the heart of the best terroir in Rioja, achieve an excellent balance of traditional vineyard methods combined with the latest developments in technology, allowing them to create a great range of unique modern wines. Their Crianza style (aged for at least two years) Tempranillo offers a powerful and complex nose, with notes of fresh fruits, spices, balsamic and toasted oak all perfectly integrated. The palate is structured, round, and balanced, making it an ideal companion to red meats or an assortment of cheeses.
Furo Rioja
This wine exudes typical Tempranillo characteristics from Rioja, with black berry and red berry flavours and aromas (blackcurrant, blackberry and raspberry). On the palate, it is very smooth with the fruit intensity and tannins working in perfect harmony, giving way to a lingering finish.
Dominio de Pingus Psi
Psi is Peter Sissecks homage to the old, under-appreciated growers of Ribera del Duero. He has sought out the best of the best, arming them with his biodynamic approach and bringing life back to these ancient vineyards. Pingus represents the search for the ultimate expression of Tempranillo, Psi the search for the soul of Ribera del Duero.
Hither & Yon Tempranillo
Artadi Vina El Pison, Rioja
The 2 ha El Pison vineyard was planted in 1945 on a gentle sloping site in the shape of an amphitheatre with deep sub-soils. Made entirely from Tempranillo, El Pison is a very rich and intense age-worthy style typically showing great purity of fruit and abundant chalky tannins that benefit from additional cellaring.
Castillo Ygay Gran Reserva Rioja
Castillo Ygay Tempranillo from the famed Rioja region in Spain was one of the stars of the show at the recent Dan Murphy's Wines of the World Expo! Complex roasted chestnut/mocha/dark berry/leather fruit with superb richness, underlying savoury nuances and ripe chocolaty tannins. Although matured for 31 months in American oak, the oak and fruit integration is sublime.
Bodegas Alejandro Fernandez Pesquera Reserva
Pesquera is one of the legendary Estates of Spain. It was under this label that Alejandro Fernández made the 100% Tempranillo wines that first launched the Ribera del Duero region on to the world stage. He established Pesquera in 1972 and the resulting critical acclaim was instrumental in the Ribera de Duero receiving official D.O. status in 1982. 100% Tinto Fino (Tempranillo). Aged for 30 months in oak barrels and then 12 months in the bottle. A fabulous Reserva with intense aromatics of ripe plum, wood spice and leather.

Mr Mick Tempranillo
Crafted in typical Mr Mick style, this wine has subtle French oak, smooth tannins, distinctive varietal characters of strawberries and red cherries, a hint of spice and a long lingering finish.
