This Pale Ale is the lead beer of the Steamrail range, picking up a Bronze medal at the 2016 Royal Adelaide Beer Awards & Silver Medal at Australian International Beers Awards 2018. A Pale Ale brewed with wheat and crystal malt. It has two additions of the citrus and floral cascade hop in the brewhouse. It is then dry hopped in the fermenter with the intensely flavour-filled Australian Galaxy Hop. IBU: 25 Carton 24 x 330mL Bottles.

Fat Yak is created in the traditional North American pale ale style. The style has been popular with boutique beer drinkers in the States for some time but only recently has come onto the radar for the more adventurous beer drinkers.A lovely golden amber colour, the first impression is the distinctive hop driven fruity aromas, giving characteristic passionfruit and melon notes. The taste is clean on the palate which leaves you looking forward to the next Fat Yak.
