Capricorn Spiced
Capricorn Spiced is a finely crafted, small batch distillation of Central Queensland molasses. Weve left to age in European and American Oak barrels it matures quickly in the tropical heat to produce a dark and hearty spirit. Mixed with a traditional bill of spices that has an Australian twist to it, it drinks superbly straight up, with Ginger Beer and Lime, or in a cocktail. Capricorn Spiced has no added chemicals and is made from all natural ingredients.
Billy Goats Gin Gin
Billy Goat's Gin is a small batch, handcrafted using a unique selection of Old and New World Botanicals. We have combined Australian Wheat spirit with gently soaked Juniper, the freshness of Ruby Red Grapefruit, Lemon Myrtle and Native Australian Finger Limes for a vibrant citrus burst. We were looking for a very approachable Gin that had enough citrus for a refreshing burst, but also with enough subtle botanicals to give complexity and depth.
Billy Goat's Gin Wise Old Goat
Our barrel aged Gin is a small batch handcrafted Gin. It is made using a selection of old and new world botanicals. The Gin is then left in French and American Oak ex Barossa Valley Shiraz barrels, giving a smooth caramel richness to balance the citrus and juniper with a warm, woody finish.
