Full ginger beer taste and full beer strength (5.3% to be exact). The Ginja Ninja is brewed with local Tumut region Batlow apples. It has almost no carbs as most of the sugar is fermented out of it. This American style IPA is layered with a range of mandarin flavour from a carefully selected malt & hop bill, and about 100 cold pressed mandarins blended with a concoction of orange peel liqueur (Cointreau). The result is a super drinkable, fruit driven IPA with an assertive mandarin peel bitterness and dry mouthfeel. The perfect seasonal IPA making use of our favourite citrus fruit.
