They achieve this with the blending of Munich, Crystal and Roasted malt with the perfect amount of Cascade and Galaxy hops that delivers an amber colour, a soft sweet palate that is kept in check by the spicy, floral and fruity aspects of the quality hops.

Using the Ella hop, a half sister to the more well known Galaxy hop, provides floral, spicy aromas and flavours, a welcome change in a world of fruity, resinous Pale Ales.
