Our expression of an Australian style pale ale is a light & floral one with a balanced bitterness throughout.Using Maris Otter & Joe White Munich malts to create a rich & slightly nutty base.

Billy Cart Rye Pale Ale drinks like a full strength pale ale, but weighs in at 3.4%. Brewer Ian Watsons' experience in designing low abv beers shines through in Billy Cart, delivering a Rye Pale Ale packed with tropical hop aromas, a touch of spice from the Rye and full bodied to make it extremely sessionable.

G-force IPA is brewed using completely late kettle additions of new hop varieties to create a beer with a hop focus on bright tropical flavours with a restrained bitterness. Inspired in part by New England IPAs, G-Forces' hop bill reads like a whos who of desirable modern hops. Like all Slipstream beers G-force is completely unfiltered and has a natural haze that will go bright in the can.
